About the Safeguard 2m Wide Medical Screens
Designed for smaller spaces, the 2m wide Safeguard Medical Screens are x2 1m wide medical screens, connected to cover a 2m wide space. Designed for a medical space though not restricted to, the Safeguard Medical Screens are upholstered in a REACH compliant and treated anti-bacterial fabric. The choice of fabric requires minimal maintenance as the sanitized technology means the fabric stunts the growth of germs and bacteria.
In addition to the treated fabric, the frame is made with anti-bacterial white frame with silver ions. All aspects of the medical screens are easy to clean and require just warm soapy water. Please note: Anti-bacterial sprays and cleaners shouldn’t be used.
To connect the 1m wide Safeguard Medical Screens together we use the supplied linking strips. A flexible design that fits into the edge of the screen and ensures the panels are connected and can be used in a straight line or at an angle.
On arrival, installation takes only a few minutes. Slot the supplied trip and wheelchair friendly feet into the base of the screen and you’re ready to divide a room!

Why are the safeguards suitable for medical environments?
Using treated frame work and anti-bacterial fabric, the Safeguard Screens are perfect for a clinical environment. The treated fabric stunts the growth of germs and bacteria and is resistant to blood and urine.
Do I need to clean the screens?
As the anti-bacterial fabric will fight back against the germs, vigorous cleaning and sanitizing isn’t needed. Only clean with warm soapy water to ensure the treated fabric can work its magic.
What available styles do you have?
Currently, in the Safeguard range we have a freestanding and desktop variation. The desktop is ideal for office spaces within a medical setting or where sanitization is important.
Are the safeguard screens linkable?
Yes, the Safeguard screens have a linkable design. Each screen, desktop or freestanding will come supplied with a link strip to seamlessly connect the screens together.
