Rap Industries do not disclose users' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We store our database in-house, which means it has no connection to the internet. Rap Industries has a regular cycle of updating the data contained within our database to ensure each record is kept up-to-date. Any invalid records are either updated or permanently deleted.

What kinds of personal information do we collect and how do we use it?
On our site, we have two areas where we may ask you to submit personal information in order to process an order or to subscribe you to our mailing list. Any information you decide to provide in these forms will be securely stored on our own computer systems and will not be viewable or sold to third parties. The personal information we collect on these pages are; name, company name, address, e-mail address and phone number.

We do not collect any credit or debit card information as this is processed via Sage Pay Europe Limited's secure internet payment service.

Use of Google Analytics
The Rap Industries website is integrated with Google Analytics, which tracks website data. To do this, Google Analytics uses cookies to monitor visitors who are browsing through the site. We analyse this data in order to improve the website. For example, using cookies we can see how which pages a user is interested in. We then use such analysis to make improvements to the site in order to improve the user experience in the future.

Use of Forensics Software
The Rap Industries website utilises forensic software which collects, processes and stores data relating to the user. These are collected on the basis that the individual is likely to have an interest in a Rap Industries products. The software will only ever collect, process and store the essential information required for making contact with data subjects within a business environment. The personal data collected includes; first name, last name, e-mail address, social profiles (Linkedin etc.) as well as a business IP address. Other business related data such as business name, job function, turnover and business may address may also be processed. However, the software used on the Rap Industries website does not collect further personal data classed as 'sensitive personal data'.

The data collected by the software is then used by Rap Indsutres to communicate marketing and sales messages relating to our products. We will only send messages to those we believe are likely to be interested in Rap Industries products based upon the data collected by the software. Messages using this software could be delivered via e-mail, social media or telephone.

Opting Out
We want to make sure that information we hold about you is correct and up-to-date at all times. Therefore, if you believe the information we hold on you is inaccurate, then you can ask us to correct or remove it at no charge to you. Request to Object
In all correspondence, we offer the option to object from receiving further communications. On any e-mails you receive from Go Displays, there will be the option to 'unsubscribe' from receiving any further e-mail correspondence. If you receive a call from us, you are able to request not to receive any further calls. Rap Industries uses a company-wide CRM system, therefore any request to object will be stored to ensure you do not receive any further communications.

To object to communications from Rap Industries you can; click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of every e-mail. Should you have received a call, please tell the representative that you no longer wish to receive communications from Rap Industries. All requests will be processed within 30 days.

Request for Deletion
If you wish for us to remove all the data we hold about you, then please make a request for deletion. This means that we will remove all of your information permanently from our database. If you simply do not wish for Rap Industries to contact you, then we suggest you request to object rather than request to delete, as this will ensure your data is retained in case you wish to contact Rap Industries in the future.
