Why choose a 600mm high acoustic panel?
In comparison to the 400 & 500mm options, the 600mm gives an area the most protection. If the aim is reduce office noise, increase productive and regain focus – the higher the better.
Tall desk partitions reduce visibility in and out of the workstations, therefore limiting visual distractions. When it comes to noise, the acoustic foam and fabric do a fantastic job of absorbing and reducing noise. Creating a quieter workspace is beneficial for all.
Desk screens VS Free standing screens
If you’re not sure which screen design is most suited, we’re here to help!
Free standing office screens are a full size option, requiring floor space whilst standing strong on stabilizing feet. As the panels can be positioned in any space or area, you have full control over the placement between departments, creating temporary rooms or placing between desks.
The design of the desk screen is quite the opposite. Requiring no floor space and supplied in a compact size in comparison to the free standing version. Fixing to the sides and back of a workspace enables the targeted approach to noise control.
12mm & 24mm acoustic foam
Our range of dividers include either a 12mm or 24mm acoustic foam. Both are effective, working in the same way with the support of your chosen fabric.
The thicker foam options, will naturally make the overall thickness of the screen wider, taking up slightly more desktop space. However, the thicker foam is able to absorb more noise, having a larger effect on noise levels.
Installation options
Offering drill through and easy fix clamps, you can attach the screens with a temporary or permanent method.
Drill through clamps require fixing through the desk, therefore suitable for permanent placements. If you’d like more options and the possibility to adjust, the easy fix clamps are the obvious choice.
Easy fix clamps have a tightened mechanism to ensure a tight and secure hold onto the edge of the worktop. However, when fitted correctly, the clamps won’t cause lasting damage and can be added, removed and changed as and when needed.
