Delta acoustic office screens

The Delta velvet office screen is unique in shape and fabric. Offering cloud, straight, curved and wave sound dampening panels. Manufactured with a 24mm acoustic foam and high quality fabrics, loud noises will be a thing of the past.

Acoustic free standing screens work with the combination of foam and fabric that work in tandem to absorb sound. The sound waves absorb into the materials, therefore lessening the noise and daily distractions.

The choice of patterns increase the number of places the panels can be used. We have a choice of fabric suitable for pre-school and education sectors, home offices, corporate offices and hospitals. Many of the patterns can be used across multiple open plan areas.

Alternative ways to decorate a space are the glazed and acoustic office screens. Combining the contrasting materials provides the space with customisation as well as some acoustic properties.

The clear or frosted acrylic section has a printable option. Add a logo or image to sit pride of place on the Perspex section of the screen. Leaving the remainder of the screen to hold the acoustic foam and a choice of fabric colour.

As the vision screens have a split design, you won’t receive the same level of noise reduction as with the full acoustic panels. But some properties remain intact.

How to position your chosen sound dampening panels

The Delta and Morton free standing screen have a linking and non linking design.

When it comes to positioning, the partitions can be placed in any open space, the only difference is if they connect.

A non linking screen (Delta) has a blue piped edging and can’t be physically connected but can be placed next to each other to create a configuration of choice.

A linking screen (Morton) uses the provided flexible linking strip to firmly connect the panels together. The flexibility of the linking strip accounts for corners and angles. The Morton screens are complete with a powder coated aluminium frame of which is available in black, silver or white. The chosen frame will hold the linking strip for quick and easy fixing.

Feet options

As standard, the panels are supplied with stability feet. The profiling of the feet ensure there are no trip hazards and is also wheelchair friendly. Any feet option fit into the base of the screen where we’ve added pre drilled holes.

Other feet options include round bases and castor wheels. Castor wheels make the most difference and take a static screen & transforms into a portable office divider.

Decorative acoustic panels are designed to be fully functional with a deocrative edge. Rap Industries have a wide colection of fabrics, colours and patterns to make an unused space into an enjoyable working area.
