About the Concept Privacy Acoustic Office Pods
The Concept Privacy Office Pods consist of 3 equal pods, which have been created using screens from our acoustic and acrylic range. Utilising different finishes has allowed us to create an office that is tailored for more than one requirement. The addition of acoustic foam and upholstered panels helps with surrounding noise and noise absorption, whereas the acrylic lets light shine through and provides an open and welcoming office pod.
Social distancing has been implemented throughout all public places and workspaces. Large areas are being divided and individual spaces are being created, this is where the Privacy Pod would be useful. The design shows 3 separated spaces which provide plenty of room and partitioning away from others.
It’s important that you can make the office pods specific to you, therefore we have 12 fabric colour options available, so you can pick the options that best suit you and the business. In addition to the fabric colour, please select the white, black or silver painted framework. Combining acoustic and acrylic panels is not only affective but adds to the overall appearance of the office pod.
Each of the office pods are 2.4m x 2.4m, creating a pod large enough to add a 1800mm desk, accessories and filing cabinets or storage. The overall size of the 3 pods is approx 7.2m. The open side at the front creates a welcoming feel, as well as the 3 surround walls to offer the right amount of privacy.

Can I choose more than 1 colour per screen?
Yes you can! We have designed the Concept 2 and 3 part for this reason, so you’re able to choose more than one fabric colour per screen.
Mix and match colours as you create a unique acoustic office screen layout.
Can I add print?
On the full acoustic Concept Partition Screens it’s not possible to add any print, but on the concept screen with the acrylic panel it’s possible.
Add custom print to the acrylic panel in the form of any image, logo, or text.
How long will my screens take?
As the Concept Acoustic Screens are made to order, we require 10 working days to manufacturer and dispatch. We will make the screen to your desired size and colour selections.
Do I need to purchase anything additional to use the Concept Screens?
No, everything you need to get started is included. You’ll receive a set of trip and wheelchair friendly stability feet and a flexible linking strip.
Are the Concept Office Screens portable?
As standard, the Concept screens are supplied with stability feet which aren't portable. Upgrades to castor wheels are available to transform the static partition into a portable solution.
